Africa and Asia First Ladies have committed to uphold dignity of women and young ladies across the world through empowerment’s approach.
The sentiments were made during the 13th Edition of Merck Foundation Africa-Asia Luminary, during which first ladies of both continents joined their hands together in advocating for the sake of ladies across the continents on education and social development.
During the virtual webinar, first ladies encouraged women all around the world to continue working on girl’s empowerment, alleging that both men and women are equal in the society.
Echoing the sentiments, Botswana First Lady H.E Mrs. Kaone Boko expressed her commitment in the long partnership with Merck Foundation and urged her citizenry to continue uplifting the education system for the benefit of the girl child.
