Women Palm Tree Organization to empower 200 women in agricultural activities

Women palm tree organization is calling upon women living at Dzaleka and in the surroundings to join their organization in the farming project that the organization is currently implementing in order to be self-reliant and contribute to the development of their families.

According to a communique that Yetu FM has in possession, Women Plam Tree Organization is currently implementing livelihood projects aiming at improving the rural livelihoods through improved agricultural practices among vulnerable women.

The project that provides opportunities to women to strive in their agricultural activities by using solar irrigation system, women will be able to provide foods to their families and become self-reliant.

Yetu FM understands that Women Palm Tree Organization will during next week recruit approximately 200 women and will provide land to them at Mpalankwale village.
